Socket.dev is seeking a Property Operations Associate to manage day-to-day property operations under the direction of the Community Manager and Asset Manager.

Responsibilities include leasing coordination, file management, occupancy reporting, budgeting support, and maintaining landlord-tenant compliance. The role requires handling showings, applications, and tenant communications with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a property.
• Maintain files for site administration including tenant, applicant, vendor, contractor, and accounting files.
• Coordinate leasing activities and show apartments professionally.
• Process applications and screen applicants for Community Manager’s approval.
• Prepare and submit occupancy summaries, move-in/out analyses, and rent rolls.
• Assist in annual operating budgets and contract bidding.
• Maintain landlord-tenant compliance and respond to tenant inquiries and issues.
