Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lease apartments, retain residents, and market the property. You will handle administrative and financial duties while overseeing the property in the manager’s absence. This role prepares you for a future Community Manager position.

You will support traffic generation, leasing processes, move-ins, and coordination of resident events, with a strong emphasis on compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Four years of property management experience.
• Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and regulations.
• CPM or ARM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and generate traffic.
• Respond to inquiries and greet prospects.
• Tour prospects and qualify them for occupancy.
• Close leases and collect applications and deposits.
• Process move-ins and maintain lease files per policy.
• Assist in managing property operations and reporting.
