Formación

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must attend a company-paid, multi-day training out of state within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective residents and assess their needs to match with the community.
• Conduct thorough tours highlighting Park Valley’s amenities and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and meet occupancy goals.
• Manage lease applications and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new residents.
• Provide information on rents, features, and community events; assist with marketing efforts and resident programs.
