Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must be able to attend company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and satisfaction.
