Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with the community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting the lifestyle and features of IRT Living.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on rents, features, and community events.
• Coordinate resident events to build community and satisfaction.
