IRT Living, within Park Valley Apartment Homes, is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will engage with prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process to turn interest into tenancy.

You’ll be the face of our community, delivering exceptional service, presenting amenities and rents, and contributing to marketing efforts to attract residents.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must be able to attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and match them with community amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting lifestyle and features.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and meet goals.
• Manage the lease application process for new residents.
• Be a knowledgeable resource on rents, features, and community perks.
• Assist with market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract residents.
• Coordinate resident events to build community and satisfaction.
