Job summary

Independence Realty Trust Inc. is seeking an engaging Leasing Professional to serve as the face of our Brunswick Point apartment community. You will guide prospective residents through tours, match needs to amenities, and drive leasing goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage applications, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service while explaining features, rents, and community benefits. A company-paid, multi-day training in Tampa, FL is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
