Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to help residents find homes and drive the success of its communities. The role emphasizes relationship-building, initiative, and creative engagement with prospects to create an exceptional resident experience.

This position offers a competitive base pay, a sign-on bonus of $1500, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with possible travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Strong sales focus with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required for travel to multiple properties.
