Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our 332-unit Bellmawr, NJ community. You’ll provide a welcoming resident experience, connect with prospects, and help convert leads while earning base pay plus commissions.

Key duties include following up with inquiries, building trust through consistent communication, and collaborating with teammates to foster an inclusive community. A valid driver’s license is required and prior leasing or sales exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour
• Hours: Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
• $100 per New Lease Commission
• Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter
