Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional in Novi, MI to manage apartment rentals from lead generation through lease signing and move-in.

You will interact with prospective residents and current tenants, deliver exceptional service, and work with the team to maintain high occupancy and smooth operations across properties. This role offers base pay plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required for travel between properties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional!

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $17.00 - $20.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

What We’ll Expect from You:
