Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. You will use strong customer service to build a welcoming community where residents feel valued and proud to call home.

Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged but not required; candidates with leasing or sales experience will be considered based on skills and ability to perform essential functions.

• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of apartment rentals from attracting residents to lease documentation and move-in procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with residents and staff.
• Assist with travel to multiple properties if required for coverage.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
