Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience in a multifamily community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgement and maintain confidentiality
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day leasing operations to maintain occupancy
• Prepare regular market survey reports and support budgeting
• Coordinate resident services, collections and compliance documentation
• Assist with marketing and reporting in alignment with ownership guidelines
