Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Charlotte, NC community. You will drive occupancy, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in and ongoing resident satisfaction.

You will utilize OneSite and Yardi to track availability, manage data, and support a strong renewal program, while collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams to uphold show quality and address resident

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Perform credit screening and background checks for applicants.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize leases.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Use on-site software to track availability and tenant data.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions.
