Job summary

Morgan Properties in Bryn Mawr, PA is hiring a Leasing Professional to help future residents find their perfect home. You will conduct engaging tours, build relationships with prospects and residents, and close leases while delivering a polished, high-end customer experience.

The role blends sales with hospitality and offers $19–$23 per hour, plus $100 per new lease, renewal commissions, and a $300 quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience
• A motivated, outgoing self-starter who loves to win
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional, polished presence
• Multifamily experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
