What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll help prospective residents find their next home while supporting move-ins, lease documentation, and resident satisfaction. Your day-to‑day interactions with prospects and residents will play a key role in creating a welcoming community at our 221‑unit property.

Through professional communication, reliable follow‑through, and exceptional customer service, you’ll help build trust, provide a positive living experience, and support the success of our community.

Compensation And Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $23.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Hours & Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Saturday: 10:00AM- 4:00PM

What We’ll Expect From You

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
