What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to the success of our community.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call home. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional service, and create welcoming experiences for every resident and prospect you meet.

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $21.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
