Job summary

Morgan Properties' Villas at Bryn Mawr is seeking a Leasing Professional to engage with prospects, give property tours, and close leases. You will build relationships with renters, follow up on leads, and help drive occupancy during our busy leasing season, delivering a polished, high-end customer experience.

We offer hourly pay of $19.00–$23.00, $100 New Lease Commissions, property-shared renewal commissions, and a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials bonus, with opportunities to train in

Qualifications

• Sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• A motivated, outgoing self-starter who loves to win.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Professional, polished presence.
• Multifamily experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
