Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals at our Lansdale community. You will attract, assess and guide residents through lease signing and move-in, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.

The role offers an excellent base pay of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required for travel to multiple properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community.

Compensation And Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $19.00 - $21.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
