Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional to help attract and qualify prospective residents, complete lease paperwork, and coordinate move-ins. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships across communities.

The role requires prior customer service experience; leasing or sales experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to multiple properties may be required. Excellent communication is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than lease apartments—you'll help create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. From attracting and qualifying prospects to completing lease documentation and coordinating move‑ins, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community. At Morgan Properties, we're looking for individuals who lead with integrity, treat others with respect, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You'll serve as a trusted resource for residents and prospects, building meaningful relationships through honest communication, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing.

Compensation And Incentives

• Base Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

What We’ll Expect From You

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
