Brookside Properties in Sellersburg, IN is seeking an energetic Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities in the Sellersburg market. This role focuses on sales, customer service, relationship building, and thriving in a fast-paced environment where each day brings a new challenge.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text, and help close leases while coordinating applications and renewals.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Apartment leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus.
• Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities across multiple communities.
• Respond to phone, email, text, and online leasing inquiries.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and close leases.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and resident files.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Help implement marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain model apartments, leasing offices, and tour routes.
• Support resident events and community engagement activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
• Travel between assigned communities as needed to support leasing efforts.
