Forty2 LLC seeks a charismatic, polished Apartment Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective renters and carries responsibility for leasing, marketing, and delivering superior customer service.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, assist with move-ins, and support marketing efforts while maintaining professionalism and presenting our property in an appealing way.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (real estate or property management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Present available apartments, highlighting features and benefits.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with leads and process lease applications and necessary paperwork.
• Assist applicants through screening and move-in.
• Provide outstanding resident service and address concerns.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Promote resident retention by building positive relationships and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure documents comply with standards.
• Assist with rent collections and enforce community policies.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media, outreach, and resident events.
