Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional at Main Street Apartments in Lansdale, PA. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, coordinate move-ins, and deliver an outstanding resident experience in a community-focused role.

We value strong customer service and sales skills, valid driver's license, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays; base pay $19.00–$21.00/hour plus benefits and incentives.

As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than help people find apartments—you'll help create a place they can proudly call home. From attracting and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to completing move-ins and building lasting relationships, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community.

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $19.00 - $21.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We’ll Expect from You:

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
