Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four Indianapolis-area communities. You’ll conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and guide applicants through leasing while coordinating move-ins and renewals.

Travel between Parkside at Castleton, Lakeside Crossing, Preserve on Allisonville, and Astoria Park is required. The role offers a $20.00–$22.00 hourly rate, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or property management encouraged.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work locations.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned communities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours.
• Build relationships through prompt follow-up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, resident communications, and day-to-day leasing activities.
• Assist with vacation coverage and provide additional support to communities based on business needs.
• Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Utilize property management software to manage prospect activity and resident information.
• Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

We’re seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis area. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting leasing operations wherever you’re needed most.

Whether you have multifamily leasing experience or come from a strong sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours.
• Build relationships through prompt follow‑up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between these communities are required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus
