Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional for a multifamily community in Houston, TX. You will drive sales, host tours, process applications, and maintain leasing records in CRM and property management systems, with a focus on occupancy and resident service.

Bilingual Spanish preferred; LIHTC experience strongly valued. You will collaborate with maintenance and management teams, support marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily property leasing experience required.
• 2+ years of LIHTC experience required.
• Strong sales, leasing, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and property management software; Yardi or Entrata preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and other channels and follow up promptly.
• Conduct property tours and present available apartments, amenities, pricing, lease terms, and community features.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through application, approval, lease execution, and move-in.
• Process rental applications and maintain accurate prospect and resident information in CRM and property management systems.
• Follow up with prospects to generate applications and support occupancy goals.
• Assist with lease renewals, resident retention, transfers, and related activities.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to resident questions regarding leases, payments, maintenance, and policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, documentation, and prospect activity.
• Support marketing, outreach, resident events, and other initiatives to generate leasing traffic.
• Follow Fair Housing, LIHTC, company, and property-specific compliance requirements.
• Meet established leasing, sales, follow-up, and occupancy goals.
