Qualifications

• Ability to use on-site property management software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Conduct tours, sign leases, and complete all leasing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, unit turn process, and market surveys.
• Deliver exceptional resident relations and resolve complaints.
