Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Team Member for an affordable housing community in Houston. The role focuses on LIHTC compliance, maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, retaining residents, and preletting for future availability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will process rental applications, verify documents, greet prospects, conduct tours, and highlight community features.

Qualifications

1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience, LIHTC preferred.
Available evenings and weekends.
Strong LIHTC compliance knowledge and eligibility understanding.
Basic computer skills for typing and correspondence.

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
Greet prospects, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
Utilize the Solidago Leasing standards and policies.
Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with maintenance and property management staff for daily operations.
Maintain tidy tour path and organized resident files for audits.
Complete lease applications and file paperwork with accuracy.
Attend training and stay informed about market trends.
Assist with monthly Marketing Plan and additional community projects.
