The role emphasizes follow-up, accurate record-keeping, teamwork with property management and maintenance, and a service-oriented approach. Spanish speakers are valued; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Conduct property tours and present apartments, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
• Support the leasing process through move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.
• Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance teams.
• Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.
• Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.
• Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.
• Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
