Housing Alexandria (HALX) seeks a Leasing Coordinator for a LIHTC program in a predominantly Spanish-speaking community. You will manage waitlists, tours, and leasing from prospect to move-in while ensuring LIHTC compliance and rigorous documentation.

Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate complex terms clearly. Ideal candidate brings experience in affordable housing leasing, strong customer service, and proficiency with Entrata.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of LIHTC or affordable housing leasing experience.
• Spanish speaking, reading, and writing fluency required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage waitlist, inquiries, tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Screen applicants for eligibility and document collection.
• Process applications, collect fees, prepare leases, move-in coordination.
• Maintain leases and compliance reports; update records.
• Support fundraising and brand-building campaigns.
• Engage in local outreach and on-site events.
