Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease units, while promoting available properties and maintaining strong resident relations. You will partner with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy goals and deliver excellent customer service.

You will handle marketing efforts, conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth move-ins, all while upholding ethics and fair housing practices. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Provide information about available properties and tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations.
• Market properties and assist with outreach/events to maximize visibility.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly to residents.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
