29th Street Property Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant in the Houston area to support Community Managers with leasing, occupancy, and marketing across multiple properties. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, help maintain model units, and support the lease process from application to move-in to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting.
• Reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Assist with marketing efforts across properties.
• Enter and close work orders and manage move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Show units and process applications and leases.
• Maintain confidentiality on property, ownership and residents.
• Ensure leases are signed and money paid before keys issued.
• Coordinate resident appreciation events and community surveys.
