• Qualify prospects and drive conversion through structured follow-up.
• Guide applicants through showings, applications, and lease completion.
• Represent Charlesgate Managed and New Development Lease-Up assets with professionalism and sophistication.
• Deliver a refined renter experience aligned with Charlesgate standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of assigned properties, pricing, and availability.
• Provide structured feedback on renter demand and competitive positioning to support portfolio and lease-up performance.
