The position reports to senior property leadership and requires collaboration with brokers and internal teams to optimize showings, turns, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential leasing experience with ownership of renewals
• Proven stability and follow-through in prior roles
• Excellent organization and ability to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with tenants, brokers and leadership
• Strong Excel skills; experience with AppFolio or similar PMS

Responsibilities

• Manage the rent roll, lease renewals, and upcoming availability to maintain occupancy
• Coordinate leasing activity with brokers and internal property teams for timely showings and clean handoffs
• Support decisions related to unit turns and renovations by providing leasing input and market feedback
• Track and analyze leasing performance, pricing, and market conditions; present actionable recommendations
• Ensure lease and tenant processes align with applicable regulations and internal standards
• Maintain accurate leasing data and reporting in AppFolio and Excel

NEW Full Time A well-established real estate owner-operator is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing performance and renewals across a residential portfolio in the Boston area. This is a high visibility role with strong internal partnership and room to drive strategy.

Key Details

• Location and work arrangement: Boston area, primarily in office with periodic site visits
• Pay: Base salary target 110000 to 130000 plus bonus potential

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of residential leasing experience, including ownership of renewals and leasing performance
• Demonstrated stability and follow through in prior roles
• Strong organization and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Comfortable interacting with tenants, brokers, and internal leadership
• Strong Excel skills and experience working in a property management system, AppFolio preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree a plus, not required with the right experience
• Experience supporting leasing strategy for a multi property portfolio
