CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the face of the community, greeting prospective residents, giving tours, and helping them find the right home. You’ll answer calls and inquiries with professionalism and guide applicants from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Experience with leasing goals and sales metrics is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight features.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process end-to-end.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management for resident satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and availability.
