Job summary

CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the face of our community, greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight features. You will guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish and maintain accurate records in Entrata.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role with Saturday availability, a competitive hourly rate plus commission, and growth opportunities in property management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
