CAF Management - The Aspect is hiring a Leasing Professional in a full-time onsite role with a competitive hourly rate plus commission. The position focuses on providing exceptional resident experiences by guiding prospective residents, conducting tours, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales-mindedness, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
