Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Specialist to join our onsite team in San Antonio, TX. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, show apartments, and handle inquiries.

You will prepare lease documents, screen applicants, and support daily operations with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals. A high school diploma and at least 2 years in leasing or customer service are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.
• Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.
• Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.
