• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize OneSite or Yardi to track availability and resident data.
• Support renewal letters and packages for residents.
