Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts across our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in.

The role includes maintaining occupancy targets, implementing marketing plans, and using property management software to track activity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, and processing applications.
• Performing credit and background checks and preparing the lease and move-in package.
• Ensuring smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Tracks availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Assists with lease renewals and follows up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Responds to resident or owner questions and documents requests.
