Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities, and process applications.
• Experience with credit checks and move-in paperwork.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with property management software and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; coordinate move-in logistics.
• Inspect units to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic via online and employer outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate data in OneSite/Yardi and track metrics.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and processes, ensuring timely execution.
• Respond to resident or owner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
