Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include inspecting show units, developing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, and ensuring high show quality. You will also handle renewals and post-move-in follow-up with residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales to meet occupancy goals.
• Customer service focus to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans for occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate needed repairs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via online and onsite marketing tools and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
