Greystar seeks a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across a property to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role involves showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

You'll stay informed on market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and maintain show-ready units while delivering exceptional resident service and coordinating renewals.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow leasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greeting and qualifying prospects, showing apartments, processing applications and leases.
• Inspect units before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
