Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will handle leasing to new residents, ensure resident satisfaction, and secure lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings.
• Inspect apartments and prepare units for move-in and showings.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate leasing renewals and communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and ensure timely signing.
