Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to maintain occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents to a smooth move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals and uphold policies.
• Market properties and participate in events to maximize visibility.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month and maintain compliance with fair housing laws.
