Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit screenings and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance on pre-move-in items.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packets, and contact renewing residents in advance.
