Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Daly City, CA to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help secure renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, RealPage) to track availability and leasing activity, support marketing campaigns, and coordinate move-ins with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, OneSite) and CRM management.
• Experience in lead tracking and maintaining leasing records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to streamline leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and lease activity using OneSite, Yardi, etc.
• Support lease renewals and communicate with residents.
