Job summary

Greystar Ballard on the Park in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team. You will conduct prospecting, apartment tours (virtual and in-person), and ensure a stellar move-in experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer service experience, are proficient with MS Office, and can read and explain lease terms. We offer competitive pay, housing discounts, bonus incentives, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns
