Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Nashville to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a garden-style community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and help secure renewals. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and strong customer service are key.

The role requires rotating weekends, valid driver’s license for on-site tasks, and the ability to work in all weather. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and leasing to drive occupancy and revenue.
Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities and process applications.
Experience coordinating marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, tour properties and process applications.
Screen applicants, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate turnaround with maintenance.
Monitor market conditions and follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
Use property management software to track availability and leasing data.
Follow up with prospects and residents to maximize lease signings and renewals.
Support lease renewal letters and communications with renewing residents.
