Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to drive leasing and marketing efforts at a Tennessee community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage leases and renewals.

You will coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and use OneSite/Yardi to track data. You will develop local marketing plans, engage in internet marketing and referrals, and follow up with prospects to close leases and nurture resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Utilize on-site property software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond to resident/owner inquiries promptly and document requests.
