You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with maintenance to ensure a smooth experience for new residents.

The role requires strong leasing and customer service skills, plus experience with on-site software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any issues.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, uses internet tools to attract prospects, and manages marketing plans and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters and packages and communicates with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Responds quickly to resident/owner concerns and documents requests.
