Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a Garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in.

The role requires implementing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, and responding to resident needs to sustain occupancy. A valid driver's license is required and some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Licenses: state/local licenses as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Screen credit and criminal background checks; prepare move-in package.
• Market property via multiple channels to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely signing.
